Our Work

The activities of the team include:

  • conducting ethnographic and anthropological research on liberal arts and social studies in interdisciplinary teams,
  • collaborating with the non-academic environment, with the representatives of creative industries and the business world,
  • conducting qualitative research with the goal of diagnosing the needs and preferences of consumers in the context of tailoring user-focused targets (user experience),
  • collaborating with research institutions, artistic institutions as well as national and international partners,
  • organising educational and academic events (conferences, seminars, workshops, lectures),
  • taking on research and organisational undertakings as part of the collaborations,
  • opening up dialogue between the researchers and the students of University of Silesia who use the qualitative studies in the ethnographic perspective,
